We want you to absolutely love your accessories. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the process smooth and simple.

Returns

You may return most items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, boxes, or pouches must be intact
  • Items should show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Please note: Gift items, sale items, or discounted products may have different return conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at shoetiques@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll share simple return instructions with you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as What Women Want (WWW) is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product:

  • Return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the item you want

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including prepaid return shipping.
Replacement items are usually delivered within 5–7 working days.

Sale, Discount & Custom Orders

Final Sale Items
Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom or Personalized Orders
These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Processing Time

After approval:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider
